Doyle Park Family Medicine offers comprehensive family medical care in a personalized small group setting. Our practice consists of seven experienced, Board Certified family physicians and two family nurse practitioners.

We are located at 510 Doyle Park Drive in Santa Rosa, half a block from Memorial Hospital. Parking is available in the parking structure just north of our building. Limited parking is available behind our building for patients with disabled parking permits, to drop patients off, and for evening appointments.

Flu Shot Information and Clinics
Drop-In Flu Shot Clinics For Adults
- Wednesday, Oct 29, from 6-7pm
- Tuesday, November 4, from 6-7pm
- Thursday, November 20, from 6-7pm
Cost: $30 or your insurance co-payment up to $30
You may also receive Flu shots during any scheduled office visits between October and December.
Flu Shots for Children
Children over the age of 6 months may receive a Flu immunization at the time of a well-child office visit, or you may schedule a Flu shot with one of our medical assistants.

Flu-Mist Nasal Spray immunization
- FDA approved immunization for ages 2 -49 years of age.
- Prescription required if less than 18 years of age; otherwise may be purchased at your pharmacy without a prescription.
Emergency Care
A Doyle Park physician is on-call 24 hours a day for emergencies.
Call 571-7041 and you’ll be connected to our answering service which will page the on-call physician.
Please Note: We cannot provide emergency services for patients not currently enrolled in our practice, and we do not refill prescriptions after office hours.
