Doyle Park Family Medicine offers comprehensive family medical care in a personalized small group setting. Our practice consists of six experienced, Board Certified family physicians and two family nurse practitioners.

- 8:45 am to 7:45 pm Monday through Thursday
- 8:45 am to 5 pm Friday
Urgent appointments are available Saturday mornings

Directions to Our Office
We are located at 510 Doyle Park Drive in Santa Rosa, half a block from Memorial Hospital. Parking is available in the parking structure just north of our building. Limited parking is available behind our building for patients with disabled parking permits, to drop patients off, and for evening appointments.

Emergency Care
A Doyle Park physician is on-call 24 hours a day for emergencies.
Call 571-7041 and you’ll be connected to our answering service which will page the on-call physician.
Please Note: We cannot provide emergency services for patients not currently enrolled in our practice, and we do not refill prescriptions after office hours.
